I Need Help

If you are in immediate danger, please call 911, or go to your nearest hospital emergency department.

Call Women’s Crisis Center’s 24-Hour Crisis Line anytime for immediate, confidential crisis intervention and assistance. A trained advocate can connect you with services, provide information and basic needs support, facilitate referrals, and assist in safety planning.

We are here for you—24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year—and we believe you.

Northern Kentucky 24-Hour Crisis Line: (859) 491-3335 OR (800) 928-3335

Maysville 24-Hour Crisis Line: (606) 564-6708 OR (800) 928-6708

Women’s Crisis Center operates two walk-in offices:

Northern Kentucky—835 Madison Avenue, Covington, 41011

open Monday thru Friday, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. (newly-expanded hours!)

—

Maysville—111 East Third Street, Maysville, 41056

open Monday thru Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Both sites offer walk-in crisis intervention and support services such as safety planning, information and referrals, shelter, basic needs assistance, support groups, economic empowerment services, and court advocacy at no cost to victims and survivors of domestic violence, rape, and sexual assault.

Appointments are available, but never required.  We’re here when you need us, and we want to help.  Trained hospital advocates are on-call to respond to victim-survivors of domestic violence, rape, and sexual assault in all local hospital emergency departments—24/7/365.

Remember, you can always access free, confidential services and support by calling our 24-Hour Crisis Line.

The National Deaf Hotline Services has been expanded to 24/7. We would like to share this information to the Deaf, DeafBlind, DeafDisabled, and Hard-of-Hearing community.

Welcome to Women’s Crisis Center

In Northern Kentucky, Women’s Crisis Center’s roots run deep. Established in 1976 as the Rape Crisis Center of Northern Kentucky, Women’s Crisis Center (WCC) was formed to provide a 24-hour crisis hotline, crisis intervention, advocacy, community education, counseling and support services for rape survivors. In 1979, our name changed to reflect additional services being provided to battered women and their children. In WCC’s early days, women and children were sheltered in private homes within the community.

More Information

WCC is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit social service agency committed to leading our community in the social change needed to end domestic violence, rape, and sexual abuse. Services are provided confidentially and at no cost to our clients.
